2025 RACING SCHEDULE

STAY AT THE CAMPGROUND
- Call 717-486-8168
- Tell them you are coming for the RC race and you will receive a discount.
- Sites may not be available so be sure to book as soon as possible.

- When you sign up to race at Deer Run RC, your entry allows you and your family access to the campgrounds’ amenities.
- Any person looking to go beyond the RC track area must register at the camp store before entering.
- If you wish to visit the campground before the start of the race, you must still check in at the office and you may need to pay your registration at that time.
- Racers are only allowed to stay at the campground until 11pm or quiet time starts.
- Anyone staying at the campground will have access to the track to practice while they are staying at the campground.
NEW TRACK RULES
- Trailer parking is allowed.
- Quiet generators must be used, Honda, Predator (ultraquiet), etc.
- If you only have a loud generator, we can try to provide alternative power.
- Zero Tolerance for driver’s stand confrontations.
- All visitors planning on entering the campground areas must check in with the camp store first. This includes fishing in the pond.
- Most of all have fun! If you see someone that is struggling, offer to help them. We will only continue to race if we have people to race against. Continuing to grow the sport is crucial.
